Join us on January 6th for a unique culinary experience with renowned chef Marcus Jernmark at Gausta.

Marcus Jernmark, originally from Gothenburg, Sweden, embarked on his culinary journey at a young age. After education and experience in Austria and Gothenburg, he represented Sweden at the Swedish Consulate in New York City, where he prepared food for a diverse clientele.

He later joined the renowned restaurant Aquavit in New York City, boasting two Michelin stars, and rose from the position of Executive Sous Chef to Executive Chef. In 2014, Marcus became the Executive Chef at the 2-star Michelin restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm. They established Frantzén as one of the world's finest dining destinations, earning three Michelin stars in 2018 and ranking among the top one hundred restaurants globally. Currently, Marcus is working with Habitué in Los Angeles, providing an exclusive private dining experience.

Practical Information

Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, and the evening's chef mingles with our guests. Following that, a tasting menu with a selection of inspiring dishes, along with accompanying wines if requested, will be served.

We have a capacity for 120 guests on the evening, so it's essential to make reservations well in advance for these events.
