Gausta Activity Center is a professional team that enjoys connecting while sharing our passion for activities with our guests. During winter, our main focus lies on ski rentals, ski school, and ski services. The Activity Center plays a crucial role in a rapidly expanding destination. Currently, we're searching for employees for the upcoming winter season who are eager to join us on this journey.

About the position

Gausta Activity Center is one of the destination's key focus areas and the hub for starting an active day at Gausta, offering ski rentals, ski services, and ski school during the winter season. It's also the place where various winter activities can be booked.

A dedicated and service-oriented team works here, driven by a passion for creating excellent experiences and sharing them with others. As an employee at the Activity Center, your main tasks will involve customer service in ski rentals, selling lift passes, and properly handling ski equipment in the ski service department.

In this dynamic and informative environment, each day brings new challenges and opportunities. Depending on the weather, skiing conditions, and snowfall at Gausta and Gausta Ski Resort, you'll encounter everything from quickly solving issues to providing friendly assistance to enthusiastic children and adults returning equipment after a fantastic day on the slopes – often eager to share their experiences with you!

The role of an Activity Center employee requires the ability to gather knowledge and information relevant to the guests you encounter. Being an effective communicator who can engage with people in different languages is a significant advantage. While most of our guests speak a Scandinavian language, being proficient in English is also beneficial.

This position reports to the Manager of Gausta Activity Center.
