A Night with the Star

Renowned for her passion for flavors and culinary innovation, the celebrated chef Runa Kvendseth will be our honored guest at Gaustablikk Mountain Resort on March 23.

With experience from esteemed establishments such as Restaurant Söl in Stavanger, Statholdergaarden, Speilsalen, and RE-NAA, Runa has made a name for herself in the culinary world.

Her impressive track record includes two gold medals from the Norgescup, a silver from the National Chef Championship, bronze with the junior national team at the 2018 World Championship, and a bronze along with a sustainability award from the 2021 Chef of the Year competition. Now, Runa is a candidate in the 2023 Chef of the Year competition, where she vies for the opportunity to represent Norway in the prestigious Bocuse d'Or contest.

Practical Information

Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, and the evening's chef mingles with our guests. Following that, a tasting menu with a selection of inspiring dishes, along with accompanying wines if requested, will be served.

We have a capacity for 120 guests on the evening, so it's essential to make reservations well in advance for these events.
