Known for his extraordinary love for flavors and gastronomic innovation, the renowned chef Melker Andersson will be our guest of honor at Gaustablikk Mountain Resort on April 12th.
With roots from northern Sweden, Melker began his culinary journey at Restaurang Victor in Umeå, and his ambitions led him further to France, where he explored the artistry of 3-starred restaurants.
Melker's curiosity has always driven him to explore the world and visit restaurants that have inspired him, contributing to his ever-growing knowledge.
In 1994, Melker opened his first restaurant, Fredsgatan 12, which provided a fantastic opportunity to focus on the overall guest experience. His adventures include an impressive second place in the Bocuse d'Or in 1995, and later he founded Grupp F12, where as the main owner, he created 22 successful restaurants with distinct concepts.

Practical Information
Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, and the evening's chef mingles with our guests. Following that, a tasting menu with a selection of inspiring dishes, along with accompanying wines if requested, will be served.
We have a capacity for 120 guests on the evening, so it's essential to make reservations well in advance for these events.
