Snow guarantee

At Gausta, you can count on excellent skiing conditions all season long! Our ski resort open on the 12 of december and remains open until April 26 2026*, with a guarantee of at least 12 open slopes until the season’s end.

If, against all odds, we are unable to fulfill our alpine snow guarantee, you have the option to cancel or interrupt your stay and receive a full refund—up until 12:00 AM the day after your arrival. We will refund all products booked directly with us, including ski passes, equipment rental, ski school, accommodation, and cancellation insurance.

Please note that the snow guarantee does not apply to temporary closures of lifts or slopes due to technical issues or adverse weather conditions.

* Please note that Gausta Ski Resort is only open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in weeks 16 and 17. The snow guarantee therefore does not apply Monday–Thursday in weeks 16 and 17.
