Blikk Fjellbrasserie is the heart of the hotel’s dining experiences, offering an enchanting à la carte menu created by star chef Jimmy Øien.
The restaurant gives you the opportunity to explore culinary highlights from different corners of the world, with ingredients inspired by the depths of the forest, the vast landscapes of the plateau, and the majestic mountain areas surrounding us.

Gausta Restaurant Shuttle
If you are staying at Gausta, we offer complimentary transport to and from Blikk Fjellbrasserie and Bjørk at Gaustablikk Fjellresort. Table and transport must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Star chefs
The concept Star Chefs at Gausta is led by our very own Executive Chef, Jimmy Øien – known for his pioneering work in sustainability and gastronomy. Jimmy handpicks some of Scandinavia’s finest chefs to visit Blikk Fjellbrasserie for exclusive takeovers and unique culinary experiences in the mountains.
Through Star Chefs at Gausta, he aims to create culinary experiences where the mountains meet Michelin – where passion, creativity, and raw nature come together.

Wine cellar
At Gaustablikk Mountain Resort, the wine cellar comprises more than 1,000 labels from producers in countries including France, Italy, the USA and the United Kingdom.
The selection includes both wine and champagne and is continuously updated. The hotel’s sommelier is responsible for the composition and supports the restaurants with recommendations.
