How to Buy Your Season Pass
- Purchase the Season Pass
Select and purchase your season pass online with just a few clicks. -
Enter Your Information
After your purchase, you’ll receive an email asking you to provide:- Your name
- A photo
- Keycard information
You can fill in these details anytime before you plan to go skiing.

Ready for the Slopes
Once the information is submitted, your season pass will be activated, and you’ll be ready to hit the slopes!
Collecting and activating your season pass
With a Skidata keycard:
- Go directly to the lift. The card will be activated the first time you pass through the turnstile.
- Remember: Hold the card still for about 3-5 seconds as you pass through the turnstile to upload the season pass to your keycard.
You can activate the season pass at the following lifts, Skipsheisen, Lilleputt, Gaustablikkekspressen, Fyrieggheisen, Fyrieggekspressen, Parkheisen & Fjellheisen
If you purchased a new keycard online:
- Collect your keycard from the ticket machine/pick-up box at Gausta Ski Rental or Hovdestaul.
- Use your 8-digit pickup code.
Season pass terms and conditions
- Season passes are valid from the beginning of December until the end of April.
- All season passes require a valid keycard and a picture of the pass holder. (Face and eyes must be visible in the picture).
- Season passes are to be used only by the holder and can not be used by anybody else.
- Abuse of a season pass can lead to passes being taken, fines being given or individuals may be reported to the police.
- If you are unable to use your season pass you will be refunded. Please note that this only applies when the season pass has not been activated. Activated season passes cannot be refunded.

How it works:
As a Gausta Season Pass holder, you get five free ski days (Monday–Friday) in Laax during the winter season, except 22 Dec 2025 – 5 Jan 2026.

Collect your complimentary ski pass upon arrival in Laax.
When you purchase a season pass at Gausta Skisenter, you receive a 5-day free ski pass at Grandvalira Resorts Andorra.
The offer is valid at the three resorts Ordino Arcalís, Pal Arinsal, and Grandvalira, and corresponds to the same pass type as your season pass (adult, youth, or senior).
To take advantage of this benefit: Bring your passport/ID, season pass, and a completed form (available at Gausta Ski Rental) to one of the ticket offices in Andorra – your ski pass will then be activated.
All season passes include the option to give away a free day pass. Perfect as a gift for your partner, family member, friend, colleague or someone you like very much. Isn´t World-class skiing the best gift you can receive?
The offer applies to the same type of lift pass: if you have a season pass for adults, you can give away a day pass for adults. If you have a youth or senior season pass, you can give away a youth or senior day pass for free.
To take advantage of the offer: Talk to the staff at Gausta Skiutleie. Be prepared to show your season pass and a valid ID.

A season pass gives you a 30% discount on products from the Gausta Collection. The collection contains high-quality products suitable for days in the mountains, as well as in the city. The collection includes everything from Gausta-skis, ski gloves and hats to t-shirts, backpacks and water bottles. The discount for those who have a season pass applies to all Gausta Collection products.

All season pass holders receive a 20% discount on ski map poster from Gausta Ski Centre before start of the winter season. The posters are available in sizes 70 x 50 cm and 100 x 70 cm. Perfect to have up in your cabin or apartment here at Gausta.
To take advantage of the offer: Ski map poster can be purchased at the reception at Gaustablikk Fjellresort. Show that you have a season ticket to take advantage of the offer.
