When you rent through us, your property becomes part of Gausta’s accommodation offering and is marketed through the destination’s own channels.
We handle bookings and guest services, making the rental process easier for you as an owner.

If your property has been available for rental for at least 3 high-season weeks, you can borrow 1 ski pass during your own stays. With at least 5 high-season weeks, you can borrow up to 2 ski passes.

How it works

2. We assess the possibilities
Together, we look at the property, its rental potential and the terms that suit you.
3. We enter into an agreement
You receive a rental agreement with clear terms for renting, personal use and follow-up.
4. Your property becomes available for booking
We present and market your property through our sales channels and manage the rental process.
