Ski Conditions, Kids’ Weeks and a Bit of Mountain Weather

The Weather in the Mountains

This week we’re experiencing a change in the mountain weather, and conditions may feel a bit rougher than what we’ve been used to recently. For safety reasons, we therefore have to remove dog sledding from the program until Thursday. We’re hoping that both the sun and the dogs will be back on the ice next week.

Alpine Conditions

The ski resort remains open as usual, and we have good control of all slopes where snowmaking has taken place. There is still around 115 cm of snow in the slopes, so there’s no need to worry about the ski season ending anytime soon. We’re looking forward to many great alpine experiences in the weeks ahead.

Huski & Flaks Kids’ Weeks

We are well underway with the Huski & Flaks Kids’ Weeks, and it’s great to see so many young skiers enjoying the slopes. All children up to and including 12 years old receive free ski rental Monday to Friday during weeks 11 and 12, provided that accommodation is booked through our website. It is still possible to secure a stay and take advantage of the offer.
