Floating sauna
Our floating saunas are beautifully located on Kvitåvatn, with a pier providing easy access. Enjoy a refreshing dip using the bathing ladder directly from the sauna, along with scenic views of the water and Gaustatoppen. Simple changing rooms are available by the saunas.
Saunas must be booked in advance. Your booking also includes access to the wellness area at Gaustablikk Fjellresort, featuring a pool, hot tub, and sauna. Keys and access cards can be collected at the reception.

Weekdays: NOK 850 per hour
Weekends and peak season: NOK 1,050 per hour
Capacity and facilities
The saunas accommodate up to 10 people and include changing rooms and a bathing ladder just outside. Lifebuoys are also available on the saunas. The swimming pool at Gaustablikk Fjellresort is accessible during the same time period for an additional fee.

The sauna is open Monday–Sunday from 09:00 to 21:00
Rules for sauna use
- Minimum age is 18 years
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult
- Bringing your own food, beverages, or alcohol is not permitted
