Rjukan - Gaustablikk Fjellresort - (Hovdestaul) - Gaustabanen - Stavsro

The bus operates daily from 26 June to 11 October, providing transport to Gausta and Gaustatoppen while also serving as a shuttle service around the mountain.

Depatures from Rjukan Rutebilstasjon

The bus stops at all bus stops between Rjukan Bus Station and Dalelia.

Mountain Shuttle Service | 10:00–18:00

The shuttle operates between Gaustablikk Fjellresort, Gaustabanen and Stavsro.

The bus stops at designated bus stops along the main road.

After 13:00, guests are transported to and from the hotel on request.

Return to Rjukan 

**The bus follows the Gaustabanen closing hours and departs for Rjukan after the last train has descended for the day. Gaustabanen closes at 6:00 PM until 16 August, at 5:00 PM from 17 August to 13 September, and at 4:00 PM from 14 September to 11 October.

Information

Times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic or other operational conditions. The return departure to Rjukan may be adjusted to connect with the last Gaustabanen departure and according to traffic conditions on the mountain.
