Sløkjedalen Hyttegrend
Sløkjedalen Hyttegrend is located furthest into the Gausta area. There is a toll on Kvitåvatnvegen into the area, and is very secluded, peaceful and idyllic in Sløkjedalen. Here you will find new, ready-to-build leisure plots in Sløkjedalen hyttegrend. The plots are being developed and sold by landowner Jørund Klonteig. Roads, water, electricity and other infrastructure for the first plots are being completed continuously, and the first holiday homes in the area have already been taken into use.
The properties are located right next to the cross-country ski trails, and have close contact with beautiful Kvitåvatn and the stream that flows from Sløkjedalen, and many have beautiful views of Gaustatoppen. The distance to Gausta Ski Center is from about 500 meters to 1 km. Sløkjedalen appeals to cabin people who value cross-country skiing, untouched high mountain nature and the warm sun wall above all else. The plots can be visited on their own or by arrangement with a broker or seller.

Kollen by Gaustatoppen
Kollen is being developed in the middle of the Gausta area. The first cabins were handed over in the winter of 2020-2021, and new holiday homes are being completed continuously. There are also 2 buildings with a total of 16 apartments from 62-82 m2 that were completed in 2022, and more apartments will be launched and built in the future.
Kollen will be developed over several years, and has its own cross-country ski trail with lights that connects the area with the Svartdalsløypa trail and the rest of the Gausta area. A route is also being built that makes it possible to slide down from the holiday homes to the slopes.
Kollen can offer very good sun conditions, and many of the properties have sightlines from the tourist cabin at the top of Gaustatoppen and all the way down to Rjukan town and further towards Hardangervidda. From Kollen there is a short and safe walkway to both the center area at Gaustablikk Fjellresort, Pose & Sekk, Sport 1 and more, as well as to the center area at Hovdestaul.
