We’re repeating the success and inviting you to an exclusive (sushi) omakase pop-up in Chambre at Gaustablikk Mountain Resort. Expect an intimate dining experience focused on high-quality ingredients, precision, and craftsmanship. All guests will be served the same menu with 16 servings —curated and presented by the chef, as the omakase concept is meant to be enjoyed.

About the chef
Piotr Erbel has over 12 years of experience in sushi and Japanese cuisine. He has worked at acclaimed restaurants in Japan and across Europe, including Hana Sushi in Poland (Michelin-recommended) and Sakanaya in Malmö, featured in the White Guide. In recent years, he has lived and worked in Norway.
