Sportell Restaurant

The restaurant at Gausta Sportell is located on the ground floor and is exclusive to hotel guests. Here, breakfast and dinner are served in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with beautiful views of Gaustatoppen. Dinner features a set two-course menu along with a warm and inviting soup buffet – perfect after a day in the mountains. Behind the culinary concept is our Executive Chef, Jimmy Øien, who brings a refined blend of Nordic flavors and seasonal ingredients to each dish.
