New Years dinner at Bjørk
New Year's Eve dinner will be served at the Bjørk restaurant and will have two seatings, the first at 17:30 and the second at 21:00.
At 17:30: A banquet-style 3-course meal priced at 995 kr. After the meal, coffee will be served in the bar or lobby from 19:00.
At 21:00: A banquet-style 4-course meal priced at 1295 kr. After the meal, coffee will be served in the restaurant, followed by a New Year's celebration at midnight.

Deer "Pepper Steak," king oyster mushrooms, shallots, kale, truffle emulsion, Pommes Anna
Chocolate "Dome," red currant sorbet, lemon verbena
